Birthday Cake Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Bakery Bliss Confetti Cake Mix
  • 1 cup Butter, room temperature
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • Extra sprinkles for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, beat the butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Add the Confetti Cake Mix and extra flour mix until a soft cookie dough forms.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop the dough into approximately 1½–2 tablespoon portions and roll into balls.
  7. Dip the tops of the dough balls in sprinkles, pressing gently so they stick. Place sprinkle-side up on the prepared baking sheet, leaving room for spreading.
  8. Bake for about 15- 20 minutes, until the edges are set and the tops are no longer shiny.
  9. Let them cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
