What You’ll Need
- ½ package (about 2 ¾ cups) of our Vanilla Cake Mix
- ¾ cup whole orange purée (peeled, seeds removed, blended)
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 – 3 tablespoons milk (if batter feels too thick)
- Optional: zest from ½ an orange

- ½ cup icing sugar
- 1 – 2 tablespoons of orange juice

Instructions
